BuyerBridge’s AdTech Solutions provides one platform to help dealer groups, in-house marketing teams, agencies, vendors, and OEMs deploy and manage Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads across multi-location with full whitelabel, dashboard, and reporting capabilities. BuyerBridge makes it simple to help teams reach new audiences and solve business challenges such as new customer acquisition, retention/loyalty, vehicle acquisition, and more. 

The BuyerBridge Partner Manager role will primarily focus around identifying and generating revenue through both inbound and outbound outreach via phone calls and email activities with a focus on engaging and qualifying prospective partners. With the overall objective to set meetings and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  1. Generate new opportunities and increase sales pipeline through outbound sales tactics
  2. Follow up on inbound leads so that we can continue to develop marketing efforts and generate sales
  3. Use various sales tools to identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process
  4. Learn and demonstrate comprehensive product and industry knowledge and articulate benefits and value to prospects
  5. Qualify and initiate relationships with new leads
  6. Overcome and handle objections
  7. Recruit net new channel partners
  8. Manage a book of business and work with your accounts to help them grow revenue

     

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales or business development related experience (preferred)
  • Automotive or social media marketing knowledge is highly preferred
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong relationships
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed partner experience team
  • Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win

Bonus Points:

  • SaaS experience 
  • HubSpot experience
  • Prior exposure to a CRM tool
  • Experience in sales 
  • Proven ability to influence others and create a sense of urgency

  • Outbound calls
  • Contacts added to our CRM
  • Outbound emails
  • Demos scheduled
  • Demos completed
  • Revenue generated

This is a full-time position open to anyone located in the US and does not require relocation. We’re a fully remote organization as a result of the pandemic and have grown with both remote and in-office employees for years so our culture is highly tuned towards remote working.
